Littlebourne Parish Council meetings are held each month, except August when there is no meeting. The meetings are held in Littlebourne War Memorial Hall in the upstairs meeting room from 7.00pm (unless a different time is specified on the agenda). All members of the public are welcome to attend. There is an adjournment early on in the meeting for members of the public to speak to the Councillors, on items listed on the Agenda. An Agenda showing the business to be conducted is posted on the noticeboard a least 3 days prior to the meeting date.

AGENDA ITEMS/ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION
Any items to be considred at parish council meetings should be received in writing by the Clerk no later than 9am on the Friday prior to the next LPC meeting (only exception being when the meeting takes place in a bank holiday week; in this instance the Agenda willl be posted on the previous Wednesday rather than the Friday).
