Littlebourne has two nature reserves:

1. The Cherry Orchard nature reserve at the entrance to Cherry Orchard off Court Hill and

2. A riverbank reserve along the Little Stour along Nargate Street (leased from Martin Twyman at a peppercorn annual rent)

The Nature Resrve is open most Sunday mornings, when the volunteers are onsite. Please come along and see what we have been up to between 10.30 -12noon.

Alternatively you can ring 01227 722132 and one of the volunteers can show you around at a prearranged time.

Look out for arranged open days where you can take part in various activities onsite.

Biennial maintenance program

The Trees and hedges which border the Cherry Orchard Estate will be cut on biennially by LPC.
